RPPs for AI data halls

Transcript

AI halls need more power per rack, and they need it now. Large manufacturers are full.

We build remote power panels to your specification: your input rating, your circuits, A and B feeds, and branch circuit monitoring.

Delivery in weeks, not months, with the date confirmed in writing before you order. Every panel is tested at the factory before it ships, and you can witness the test.

Send us your rack layout and the power per rack.

Forms of separation

See what each form of separation means.

The form of internal separation decides what stays live when you work on one circuit. Choose a form to see where the barriers go.

Built to BS EN 61439

Verified twice: once by design, once on every board.

Every assembly

Routine verification

Each switchboard we ship is checked before it leaves: construction, wiring, clearances, protective circuit continuity, dielectric test and mechanical operation, with the results in the test report.

The design

Design verification

The switchboard system is design verified to BS EN 61439, including temperature rise and short circuit withstand, so the ratings on the nameplate are proven, not estimated.

The nameplate

Ratings you can check

Rated current, rated voltage, short circuit withstand, IP rating and form of separation, stated on the nameplate and in the documents you receive.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Which form of separation do we need?

It depends on how much of the board must stay live during maintenance and on your specification. Form 4b gives the most separation, but costs more and takes more space. Tell us how the board will be operated and maintained and we will recommend a form.

What standard are your switchboards built to?

IEC 61439, with design verification and routine verification for every assembly. BS 7671 applies to the installation in the UK.

How fast can you deliver remote power panels for AI data halls?

In weeks, not months, with the delivery date confirmed in writing before you order.

Can we witness the factory acceptance test?

Yes. You can attend in person or follow the test remotely, and you receive the report before dispatch.

Do we have to buy installation from you?

No. You can buy supply only and use your own contractor. Installation and commissioning are available only if you want them.

Need a panel that is not listed?

We build to your ratings, layout and standards, including control panels, ATS and generator panels and medical IT panels.
