A year of planned maintenance

Every visit planned, every test on record.

An example year for a building with emergency lighting, fire dampers, smoke control and air conditioning. Choose a system to see what is tested and why. Your plan follows your systems, the standards that apply and the manufacturer's instructions.

Interactive maintenance calendar.

After every visit

Records you can hand to an inspector.

Maintenance only counts if it can be proven. Every visit ends with a report you can show to anyone who asks.

  1. Scheduled
Visits are booked against the plan, so nothing is missed between contractors or staff changes.
  2. Tested
Each task follows its method statement and the result is recorded on site, with photographs.
  3. Reported
A digital report after every visit, with any remedial work listed for your approval.
  4. Ready for inspection
Your records are complete when the fire risk assessor, insurer or auditor asks for them.
Higher-risk buildings

Records ready for your golden thread.

In England, the Building Safety Act 2022 requires the Accountable Person for a higher-risk building to keep fire and structural safety information as a digital golden thread. Our test and maintenance records are digital, dated and linked to each asset, so they can be added to your golden thread and given to the Building Safety Regulator, your fire risk assessor or an auditor when they ask.

A higher-risk building is at least 18 metres or 7 storeys tall and has at least two residential units.
